Animal Care Specialists

Sherry Taylor was a client first, but her dream of always working with animals came true in early 2009 when a position as an animal care specialist was availiable.  Sherry loves every minute of her job and is a perfect fit for SVVS.  She lives just outside of Lebanon with her husband, Bryan, and son Justin.  Justin is a Junior at Lebanon High school where he is active in band.  They share their home with Bassett Hounds Boss, Daisy, Maggie, Mary, and Molly, Austrailian Shepherd Abby, and cats Boodan and Moses.  Just like the rest of us, Sherry's life revolves around critters and family!

Tiffany Mabry is another one of our kennel attendants. We first met Tiffany when she took the Veterinary Assistant Class that the staff of SVVS taught at the Russell County Career and Technology School.  Like most of our other attendants, Tiffany is working and going to school at the same time. She has worked here since May and is currently attending Southwest Virginia Community College.  She plans on transferring with a major in Oceanography.  Tiffany's love and compassion for the animals make her a great animal care specialist.
She lives in Lebanon with her parents and has one cat, Gateway.  Tiffany is also blessed to have a wonderfully sweet voice which she proudly shares with her church on a regular basis. She also enjoys spending time with her sisters and nephew, Dante' , as well as her fiance', Mark.
