She and her husband, Larry live in Hansonville.  They have 5 children, Josh, Sarah-Beth, Eddie, Damon, and Heather. They are the proud grandparents of Alexis, Lauren, Ethan, Rachel, Samuel, and Twins Tanner and Trevor.  Kim has a Boxer, Chloe-Belle, and a Lhasa Apso/Poodle, Miss Valentine, and Shih Tzu/Lhasa Apso Mix, Teddy.  She is also the proud mother of calico cat, Sally.
When she is not spending time with her family, she enjoys riding her Harley Davidson Motorcycle with Larry.  Kim is also very active in the church that her husband pastors and in the Christian Motorcycle Association.
In addition to her regular Veterinary Nurse duties, Kim also has the responsibility of ordering supplies and inventory for the practice.  Kim praises God that she can have the privilege to to what she loves to do and the honor to take care of God's creatures.

Kristy Puckett is a jack-of-all trades here at SVVS.  She started in August 2005 as a Kennel Attendant.  She has shown her diligence and dedication to the job and has risen to the Veterinary Nurse position in 2006.  She is a motivated and dependable person and excels at her tasks.  She lives in Lebanon, Virginia with her husband, Ryan.   They share their home with their 4 four-legged children, Gunnar, a pitbull, Tuesday, a labrador retriever, and cats Oakley and DaVinci.  They are enjoying life with their newest two-legged addition, Noah Max!  She loves spending time with her family and friends..especially with her sister,  Amy, and nephew Logan. Kristy has a very busy, hectic, and crazy schedule but she would not trade it for the world.

Dwayne Helbert is our only male technician, which makes him a rare breed indeed.  He has been with the practice since April 2008.  He came to us after being laid off from his job at Lear Corporation.  He and wife, April live in Lebanon.  They share their home with son, Justin and "critter" children, Miniature Schnauzer Maggie, Yorkshire Terrier BJ, Siberian Husky Sierra, and Jack Russell Terrier Bella.   In their spare time, they enjoy camping, traveling and movies. They are avid Virginia Tech fans and love going to games. Dwayne is convinced that God MUST be a hokie fan, otherwise why would he turn the trees orange and maroon in the fall???
